Our Summer School is an amazing opportunity for your child to take part in fun, creative and educational activities that take learning outside of the school classroom!

Marvellous Minds Tuition Centre is a wonderful place for students to continue their educational development whilst school is closed, with a range of activities to suit students of ALL ages and abilities!

Our fun and interactive Marvellous Minds Summer School aims to keep young minds stimulated and active over the summer holidays.

Our small groups provide an ideal environment for students to receive targeted, individually tailored tuition to suit their needs and goals, whilst enjoying the benefits of interacting with peers.

Marvellous Minds Summer School can help if your child needs focussed 11+ tuition, GCSE preparation or general Maths and English support, come and join us and have fun whilst learning!

Our Brain Gym offers a range of activities ideal for primary school children aged from 4 to 11 years old.

Tailored tuition

Tailored tuition to each student's level and needs

Developing
Literacy Skills

Creative writing, using interactive prompts such as story cubes, photos and short video clips, and literacy games such as scrabble, crosswords and finding hidden words.

Maths skills

Tuition in the Primary National Curriculum topics, including the four operations, mental arithmetic, fractions, column addition and subtraction, square numbers and measurements.

There will be plenty of fun and interactive tasks to consolidate topics learnt, including puzzles, quizzes, problem solving and treasure hunts using mathematical problem solving.

Our 11+ sessions offer a perfect environment in which to learn the necessary skills to do well in the competitive 11+ exams.

Core Subjects

In our 11+ sessions students will cover 11+ topics in Maths, English and Verbal and Non Verbal Reasoning.

Exam Techniques

Students will learn the theoretical topics as well as exam techniques needed to pass the 11+ and our tutors tailor the work to suit each child's level, needs, goals and chosen schools.

Structured Learning

Each morning session covers the 11+ topics in each area and students are also given weekly mock papers, in timed conditions. Our tutors offer detailed feedback, support and corrections following each mock paper.

Secondary Success

We also offer summer tuition for Secondary students including Secondary Success, Pre-GCSE and GCSE in English, Maths and Science.

Our small group sessions taught by subject specialists are perfect for students who would like to build their skills and confidence in any areas, plug any gaps in their knowledge or consolidate their learning to feel ready for the next academic year.
